Central Glamorgan Trefoil Guilds joined all branches of the Movement for a Service at the Rhondda Leisure Centre. Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and the Trefoil Guild contributed with readings and musical items. Each member had been asked to make and decorate a tiny box to 'house' a special gift for another member. For example, one gift was a refrigerator magnet daffodil, and another was the smallest photograph album in the County which included photographs of Trefoil Guild events in the year 1999. Boxes were exchanged by each person giving her box to the person sitting behind her.
