When Guides Cymru asked Trefoil Guild to help out at the All-Wales Fun Day at the Builth Show Grounds (June 2000) there was a great response for eager members from all corners of Wales to 'lend a hand'.

The weather was a little damp, but it definitely did not dampen the spirits of all who attended. From the initial excitement of the arrival of coaches until the end of day demonstration in the Main Ring, everyone seemed to enjoy the experience. The line dancing in the cattle sheds by masses of guides, circus tricks by the rainbows, arts and craft with the Brownies, the big Challenge, and the singing by hundreds of guides, and much much more! The whole event was superbly organised and managed, and the administrative team should take a congratulatory tap on the back!
