At the A.G.M. 2000 of the Gwent Trefoil Guilds, Gwent Family History Society explained how to trace your relatives. Birth, Marriage, death certificates, Church records, baptisms, old family photographs, etc. etc. Everyone was urged to think carefully before throwing items away. Photographs should always be dated and named, etc.
